I've decided to get in shape and start doing this weird training I (actually my friend here) found and then told me about. It's .. demotivational. It said "Do 15-30 push ups". I thought "fine, that's quite easy! *high spirit*!"
I started doing them. 5 .. aaaooww. 10 .. just .. a liiiittle break .. 11 .. I DIE .. 13 .. DEAD.
So I didn't even manage to do 15. What a disappointment. I feel bad. But it's just to start loosing weight, and get stronger arms. I'll DO IT! Join? ^^
If he can do it, so can I !!! (hopefully ...)
