Morning!

I woke up pretty early today. I feel a lot better than yesterday, but my throat is still hurting and I think I used up about two whole paper rolls >.<

However, a little note: Less then 2 months to my 6 week long trip to Spain <3


It's going to be wonderful. For everyone that's missed it - May 27th is the day me and my brother are leaving Finland ^^
I'm going to post lots and lots of videos and pictures, so you better be prepared ;)

I think I said something incorrect last time as well. Torrevieja (the city we're going to) is either a bit above or below Alicante. Not below Barcelona like I said last time ;) Sorry for the mistake!

So much work to do!

It's decided that I'm going to be staying at home tomorrow, since my fever doesn't wanna go down. And it'll also give me a chance to catch up to everything!
Even though I'm sick I'm going to be studying like crazy. I need to find 4 pictures that fit the theme to my project in history, and also write down the two interviews that I have. Good -.-'
I'm going to start today and do the rest tomorrow morning. (I'll send the final result to you after that!)*

I was feeling a bit ill in school as well, and you might have noticed that this morning wasn't the best either. So it's not a surprise. But I'm still a bit shocked that I'm actually going (probably going) to get a fever, since I'm never sick. I use to have these kinds of symptoms before, like cough and runny nose and so on, but never fever.

Anyway. I'm probably going to be home tomorrow if my temperature don't go down during the night.

I broke a record - I got the flu

Oh my god >.< I Just CANNOT believe this.

Once a year, I catch a cold/flu or other illness. One time every freaking year. And sometimes not even once. But today of all days, my thoat is killing me and my nose is just as red as Rudolph. It would be fine if I got to stay at home, but I don't. Since we have finnish test and my mom don't want me to skip.

Let's get started!

Tonight I have to study. It feels like I'm writing that one work in every single update that I write >.< To my defence, I'm a junior high school student and the fact is that we do have a lot of tests coming up this time a year and there's also pretty much homework.
This year is also the last year we have some of the subjects, and therefore I'm working really hard to keep them up so that my final grade will be amazing! I'm aiming for an international High School-line, if I haven't told you that, so I really, really need to have good grades!

Tonight, it's FINNISH. Oh yeah ...

Onigiri

My lunch today was Onigiri. Basically, it means "Rice Ball" and it's a really basic dish in Japan ;) It's the opposite to nigiri that means sushi!  I made them myself! *proud* I also made a few nigiris, but I don't think the fish I chose was the best -.-' I'll try with some meat next time! I'd also like to do a bento!

I still have 2 onigiris left, and those are the ones I'm gonna eat in school tomorrow :3 They were really yummy (my opinion, you might not like it..) even though they tasted pretty much like rice. I do like rice, so it wasn't so bad.

Sunday ..

I don't like sundays. Especially this one, when the sky is grey and there's black/grey or just really dirty snow on the ground.

All of you people that lives in places where you don't have to see snow, like Austria or Thailand or just really warm places .. don't take it for granted. I know a lot of those people want to come to places like this. But think about this for a second. It's cold. It's rainy. There's diry snow everywhere. Nobody likes you (Finland is pretty much an anti-social country) Nobody speaks english (Again. Finland doesn't talk to other countries than Finland) There's NO good places to go shop to if you like "asia"style. If you do find nice western clothes, they cost about 500 € !! (There are cheap clothes, but if you like "fashionable" clothes, Finland isn't the place to go to)


What exactly is the good thing about Finland? The only things we have is dirty snow, ugly forests, anti-social people and a president that nobody actually cares about. She's like a mascot.

I know the whole "they aren't used to this"-thing, but seriously. I don't SEE what they find so interesting. They should value their position more instead of complaining about the heat. Or in U.K where they close the schools because of 5 cm snow. C'MON! For christ sake -.-'
When we close the school, it's gonna sound like this in the radio/TV: The busses couldn't arrive to the schools because of 2 m snow. However, we sent them walking, but because of a heavy rainstorm the kids couldn't make it to the schools. The snow-cars (whatever they're called) are trying to make way for the busses. But wait! The busses realized that they could drive another way. The kids could go to school anyway, although they missed 1 hour. 


In U.K it's like this:
Person 1: "OMG IT'S SNOWING! Close the schools."
Person 2: "Do you see a pattern here? It snows EVERY FREAKING WINTER"
Person 1: "It's not supposed to snow in U.K!"
Person 2: "But it DOES! What's WRONG with you people?"
Person 1: "We don't like snow!" *pout*
Person 2: "Like hell I care! You guys are freaking MORONS. It's 5 CENTIMETERS! A CHIHUAHUA could make it through that! A CHIHUAHUA is about 20 FREAKING CM TALL! A Human is.. 170 CM ABOUT! You have CARS. BUSSES. USE THEM!"

Earth Hour

Anyway. I was a bit late with that yesterday as well, but I did turn off all computers, TVs, lamps and random electricity in the house. For one hour, me and my sister sat in the kitchen. She was drawing and I was singing really loud to my favorites korean/japanese songs :) It was a nice day ...

Right now I'm having history, third period.

I'm supposed to be searching for clubs that my mother/grand mother/aunt and so on was a member of when they were young, but do you honestly expect me to actually do that? How lame is that or what ... ?

Scanner test

I just tried out my new scanner for the first time! I hope nobody missed the fact that it was my birthday two days ago? *watching carefully*

So this is how the scanner .. scans ;) One of my drawings. (I didn't have time to try it out on colour pictures)

Praise me, praise me! *beg* Naaaw ;) I love this picture , but don't mind her legs. I think she was born that way.. (excuses ..)

But anyhow, this is pretty much the "lower" quality of my scanner ^^ I'll try it out more tomorrow!

I can't believe these clothes doesn't exist in Finland .. these pictures are making me all frustrated. I'd really, really want them (Liz Lisa) to open up a shop in, for example, Helsinki. That'd be awesome. 

I'm actually the "all or nothing"-kind of person when it comes to fashion. I like really, really cute clothes (like these), and then I like tough, gangsterfeeling clothes ;) Leather, rivets and so on. You get my point. I'm not soo much into the "between those two". ;)

How's it going?


I've been researching about the situation in Japan since I came home from school. I'm sorry for being such a pain in the ass about this thing, but since I'm really .. well, not exactly "involved", but rather extremely worried and curious about what's happening, I can't NOT do it.
Well, to what I read today. They have given up on Fukushima and stopped the cooling of the nuclear power plant. That means that the water and gas is going to keep overheat. I don't know what will happen. I hope they will solve the situation really fast, 'cause this things is causing a huge risk for everyone living in japan. (the radiation etc.)

This is pretty much the situation right now!

"Fukushima Daiichi" in the middle is the nuclear platform. So this is how big of a disaster this tsunami caused. The radiation is spreading through whole Japan, so it could be dangerous in Tokyo or Osaka as well. Basically, Japan is like a ticking bomb. Noone knows what'll happen right now. And thanks to the whole shit about Libya noone cares about Japan anymore -.-'
FUCK LIBYA!! Who cares about that land, exactly!? Japan is ONE OF THE BIGGEST INDUSTRIALIZED COUNTRIES in the world, so WHY doesn't ANYONE give a shit about the people that dies there!? Just because that stupid gay-leader they have shot a few people, the whole united nations is making a big deal about it. I don't get it. Don't take me wrong here, I'm not rasist (I have proof. I live in Finland) so I don't really mind them helping this little suckerland. But think about Japan as well, will yah?
There was articles in the newspaper and in the TV when it happened. OMG JAPAN IS DISSAPPEARING! THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE DIED! FUKUSHIMA DAIICHI IS BREAKING DOWN!! RADIATION IN JAPAN!! Lots and lots of breaking headlines that told us how big of a disaster Japan is in right now.
Then, when they started to get control over everything .. Japan is getting control over the situation. They're fine, no need to worry. Just really many thousands of people died. No worries ~ But hey, a guy in Libya shot down 50 demonstrators. Better tell the world to hurry up and give Libya a helping hand instead. CUZ THEY ARE DYING! They have people with GUNS! -.-' A TSUNAMI AND "THE BIGGEST EARTHQUAKE IN JAPAN IN HISTORY"-EARTHQUAKE COMBINED ISN'T A BIG DEAL. NOO! Not at ALL!


I think you get the point. Try to understand in which parts I was being sarcastic. If you don't, note that I marked them with RED text ;D (exept for the "thousands of people died. I just wanted to MAKE THAT CLEAR TO EVERYBODY!) Since they seem to have forgotten about that fact.

B-Day!

To celebrate my b-day, I'm going to announce one thing: The blogging is starting agaain ~~ ^^


Today is the one and only day in my life that I can , proudly, say that I'm finally turning 15! Omg .. I'm almost a grown-up ... woow

Anyway. I got 270 euros (150 from mom, 20 from my aunt and 100 from granny) and a printer slash scanner by my family! :D I'm suuuper happy since I know can begin to scan my drawings into my comp, and ofc the scanner will be amazingly helpful as soon as I understand the japanese language enough to actually* translate it! ^^

*See huh huh?! I know how to spell that word now, so noo more picking on me 'bout that, got it?

Aaah! *frustrated* I tried to choose a "happy b-day"-card, but there was too many I wanted ... ;'(

The clothes all around me takes my money

I'm doing this "prao" this week. I don't know the word in english, but simply put it's a week where we have to work somewhere to get experience. I chose to work at a clothingshop called "Seppälä" and yeah .. after the 2 first days 90 € had magically left my wallet.

Ehm ;) I spent monday, tuesdag and today at my grandma (dad's mom) but today, my other grandma (mom's mom) came and picked me up. So I'll be spending the rest of the week here. Well, it's a good thing for me since I didn't get any sleep at my other granma's place (she had her radio on ALL night and it played CHURCH-MUSIC really, really loud  -.-')

But anyway. I didn't buy too much. But hahaha xD I'm having a greeeat time. It's SUPER fun to work there, I get to see all the new clothes and so on. It's heaven for a girl to be surrounded by clothes all day long, 6 hours a day. And I don't have to get there until 10 o'clock in the morning, which means I don't have to get up until ... 9? About.

(I'd post a pic of me , really happy, here, but I just realized my hair is EXTREMELY dirty -.-' It's washing-day today ^^)

My thoughts about what happened in Japan

I know all of you probably know about what happened in Japan already. It's been on the news, in the radio and many, many countries has sent people there to help out. Japan in in chock!

It's actually a MUCH bigger disaster than I thought at first. It seems like this is almost worse than Haiti, but because of Japans good economy, I don't think Japan will suffer as much as Haiti. It's true they are having a hard time economically right now, but with help of other countries they will build Japan back in a few years ^^

But I pray for those who's lost familymembers, friends, relatives or their own life. It's truly sad...

The fennec fox

Oh my god I just found the cutest animal ever! :)

The name is "Fennex fox" and as you can guess from the name, it's a fox. Although, it looks more like a cat-dog-fox-hybrid. It's adorable!

I heard you have to have a permit to own one, since they are not actual pets like dogs/cats/rabbits.

Todays news

Hello folks!

I've been daydreaming a lot today. Maybe as a result of too much practising for the chemistytest that we had today, fifth period. I also discovered that my skills in english AREN'T as good as I thought. Actually, I realized that I kind of suck ...

That's been bothering me. My english teacher asked me "Did you just have chemisty test?" when she saw me in the hallway right after I came out of the classroom. I answered "yes" and she asked me if it was hard.

One word. Blackout. Seriously! I opened my mouth to come with some sneaky, smart comment on how terrible it was and just when I was about to say it, my mind wen't black. The only thing I got out was "Well... I failed"

Oh, what a surprise! Haha ... jokes aside. I don't think that it went that bad. But it wasn't one of my better achievements. Anyway. Then she asked me why I thought that. My answer was "I just know I failed. I did the test, remember?" 

So she got tired of me and walked away. Too bad. What about your day?

I really don't know what to write right now. It feels like I'm about to go crazy -.-' I'm not exactly as sad anymore, it just feels empty without her here. But I guess I gotta get over it, I can't be such a crybaby! Ppl die everywhere and here I am, sulking over a rabbit. God, I'm pathetic. 

But that aside, I'm gonna go back to my "happy-go-lucky"-style! That suits me WAAY better. At least, that's my opinion. I'm not the person who's made to look good while crying/sulking/being depressed. Actually, I look like Godzilla's wife.

To cheer up, I've been looking at apartements from Japan, Shibuya & Shinjuku ward ^^ I SWORE to myself to stop doing that, but since today is a special day, I overlooked this once and found some AWESOME ones. The only bad thing was that the rent was over 100.000 yen/month or that they were 2 hours with train away from Tokyo centrum. I don't wanna live so far away, so I closed the website and read some manga instead ;)

R.I.P Happy April 1st 2006 - March 9th 2011

We got you almost 6 years ago, from a petstore in a huge shoppingbuilding. I never ment to buy you, since I went there to get a guinea pig. But they were sold out, so you were the one I brought home with me.

That day was a really happy day for me. I was new at school, just transfered and from a village that was so much on the country side that almost nobody had ever heard about it. So to get you .. it really was a bless! <3

I can't really believe that you're gone. It feels really .. empty. I know I haven't paid as much attention to you as I should have the last year, but you have always been there. I guess I took that for granted. So that you suddenly was gone .. it was a huge chock. I couldn't believe it at first, so I had my stepfather check (I stood in the living room with tears flowing down)

He said "So finally, she's gone!" (in finnish of course) and that's when I realized that you were really gone.

I can't believe it! Oh my god, it feels like .. I don't know. Shit.. 

I really, honestly hope you will get a good life wherever you are! The sky is really blue today, you know. I think it's shining just for you. It feels like it. So please have a nice life in heaven! I know you are there, cuz you were the best rabbit there ever was! I'm gonna miss you, but I hope you'll keep watching over me just as you always has! 

I won't forget you. The bright, blue sky is gonna keep shining for you! I'm gonna keep looking at it, and hopefully you'll see me too!

One Piece

This is only my opinion, but it was a really long time since I last posted an update about an anime!


So that's why I'm gonna write about .. *dadadadadaaaa...* ONE PIECE (surprise surprise)

Anyway. It's one of the "big three", that I like to call them. The others are Naruto and Bleach. It's basically a pirate anime with a lot of action/fighting and comedy! ;) A really, really good anime.

I know a lot of people say that they hate this anime. Maybe cuz of the art, or because they just "decided" they hated it. I think those people are idiots -.-' Because no matter what you say, an anime that is crap CAN'T become one of the top three animes IN HISTORY! Notice the "IN HISTORY!" please.
I admit it took me almost a year to watch this anime, cuz I too hated it cuz of the art. But now I realize that the art is just something that you don't see too often. It's unique. 


So all you idiots that say that this anime is crap cuz of something as childish as "I-just-decided-to-hate-it"-reasons, go to hell xD I love it! However, I do admit that it might be a bit hard to like if you're not into it.

But back to the anime. The characters are actually extremely good - all of them. Especially Luffy, since he is the main character but also the most interesting one! He's really cute, concidering the fact that he really cares for people and never would fade a nakama (friend). His most precius treasure is his hat that he always wears (his "sign" ..) because he got it from the person that has been like a father to him his whole life.
The other characters are just as good, I just love Luffy the most! He's so sweet ~ <3

The strawhat may look stupid .. but don't underestimate it! Luffy will protect it NO MATTER WHAT. Aaaww I love this anime *lost in old memories*

Enough talk! *getting bored myself* PIC-TIME!!

If you wanna break up the anime in parts, I would say it would be ... 

50 % action

35 % comedy

13 % drama/tragedy

2 % romance

That's my opinion. The action because .. well, it's an action anime. Comedy cuz it's such a huge focus on that genre.

Drama/tragedy is basically just because of the characters sad past. I cried a few times already...

And the romance is ALL thanks to Sanji ^^ He's such a playboy and womanizer that it's hard not to put romance as at least a side-genre.
